1. About Echo

Echo is a Discord bot developed and operated by Echo. It provides moderation, welcome messages, embeds and related server utilities.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Echo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You must not use Echo to harass, threaten or abuse users, facilitate illegal activity, spam or intentionally disrupt servers, exploit or interfere with the bot, circumvent security controls, or otherwise violate Discord's rules.

3. Server Administrators

Server owners and administrators are responsible for configuring Echo appropriately and for moderation decisions made in their communities. Echo is not responsible for content posted by users or decisions made by server staff.

4. Availability

We aim to keep Echo available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot and its features may be changed, suspended or discontinued for maintenance, updates, security, or other operational reasons.

5. Third-Party Services

Echo operates through Discord and may rely on Discord APIs and infrastructure. Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord's own policies. Echo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Discord Inc. unless explicitly stated.

6. Termination

Access to Echo may be restricted or terminated if these Terms are violated, the bot is abused, or for security or operational reasons. Server administrators may remove Echo at any time.

7. Disclaimer

Echo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the bot will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Echo after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
